Nic Blair In my site-specific installations I use elastic to create a feeling of stillness and calm through the use of lines and curves. The simplicity of linear white forms in space produce a serene environment. The elastic is attached in a grid-like pattern with carefully calculated gaps to make the elastic seem a structural, almost engineered part of the wall. The work sits within each location becoming an intrinsic part of it; the work becomes the space. The work is architectural in its own right.
Mel Evans Mel Evans paints in oils on canvas in a realistic style usually sold on a commission basis. My style is rather more evolved than created, I like to keep the paint as apparent as possible and to explore the use of colour within the light of the image.
Siglint Kessler Siglint Kessler has a background in painting and illustration, but recently also added ceramic designs to her work. She is interested in many art forms and techniques - depending on the individual piece, it can be a geometric shape or bold colour that takes centre stage.
